Who we are
TruckLista is operated by KARIN ROMERO URDANETA, based in Santiago, Chile. The service is aimed at food truck owners in the United States. Contact: privacy@trucklista.com.
What we collect
Name, email, optional phone, preferred language, number of trucks, operating areas, your form answers, campaign data (utm parameters, gclid, fbclid) and analytics and advertising cookies if you accept them.
How we use it
To contact you about early access, improve the product and measure how our ads perform. If you share your phone, we may text you about your early access; reply STOP to opt out.
Who we share it with
We use processors that handle data on our behalf: Supabase (hosting and database), Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Pixel) and our email provider. We never sell personal data.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Google Ads, Meta Pixel). Advertising cookies only load if you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: without your acceptance it stores no cookies. You can change your choice anytime with the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@trucklista.com. We respond within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. If we make material changes, we will notify people on the waitlist by email.
